Yes, we can provide draught beer setups for larger events.
However, draught systems take up more space, slow down service during busy periods and can lead to product waste if volumes are not met. For most events, bottled or canned options are faster, more efficient and better suited to high-volume service.
Draught setups are available on request and may involve an additional hire cost.
Yes, we offer a full range of mocktails and non-alcoholic options, which can be included alongside or instead of alcoholic drinks.
We typically require a flat space of 2–6 metres depending on the bar size.
Most setups run from a standard UK plug socket, although we can also operate without power if needed.
Setup typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on the bar size and access. Pack down usually takes around 45–60 minutes.
Clear access to the setup area is required to ensure everything runs on time.
For cash bar events, we arrange the appropriate licensing where required, but we often recommend the venue or host manages this for simplicity. For private events where alcohol is supplied or included, a licence is usually not needed.
Travel is included in most quotations, however certain costs such as parking, congestion charges or venue-specific access fees may apply where relevant.
These are kept to a minimum and clearly outlined in your quotation where possible.
In rare cases, significant increases in fuels may be reflected, although once bookings are confirmed, pricing is typically fixed.
