Smaller mobile bar setups typically take around 30 minutes to 1 hour. Medium-sized setups usually take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Larger circular or multi-section bars may take longer depending on the venue layout and access. If power is required, we typically only need access to one standard socket for lighting or equipment.
Yes. Our black bar hire setups can be installed in marquees, garden venues and outdoor spaces. We simply require a reasonably level surface so the bar sections can be assembled safely and securely.
As a guide, we recommend allowing one 1.5–2 metre bar section for every 40–60 guests expected to visit the bar. For cocktail service, it is best to allow one bar section per bartender to ensure drinks can be prepared efficiently during busy periods.
We recommend booking as early as possible once your event date is confirmed. Peak dates, including summer weekends and the Christmas party season, can become fully booked well in advance, sometimes within just a few days.
