All packages are bespoke to your event location, guest numbers, branding requirements and drinks selection.

We recommend booking branded bar hire as early as possible, especially for corporate events, exhibitions and peak seasons. Branded elements often require design and production time, so earlier booking ensures everything is prepared to a high standard.
As a guide, we recommend allowing one 1.5–2 metre bar section for every 40–60 guests expected to visit the bar. For cocktail service, it is best to allow one bar section per bartender to ensure drinks can be prepared efficiently during busy periods.
