Ice Bar Hire, also referred to as Ice Sculptures, are a fantastic way to wow your guests. Our solid ice bars are the ultimate addition for Christmas shows, wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, exhibition stands, car launches, military balls, award ceremonies and festivals.
Our pure solid ice bars are created by our award winning ice sculptors and can be complimented further by our flair bartenders and cocktail mixologists shaking up ice-cold cocktails, frosted beers and pouring chilled wine for guests as they arrive at the bar.

Our solid ice bars are regularly used for exhibitions, car launches, military balls, themed events, award ceremonies and festivals, as well as birthday parties, hen nights and seasonal events such as Christmas parties.
Ice sculptures can contain a logo, name or message within the ice design, or we can freeze actual objects inside for effect including personal items. We often freeze herbs and fruit in ours for a beautifully detailed finish that draws guests straight to the bar.
There are so many different ways we can carve up ice bars for events. We use a variety of icy effects often at random when building bars — from wave patterns to crystal-like textures — with most ice bars starting off as blocks on top of blocks of ice.
They can remain that way with a logo added and some simple decorative ice effects scattered across, or for those who want full ice bar effects we can create ice tree trunks, bottle holders and attach ice sculptures to build a Sculpture Ice Bar masterpiece.

Creating ice sculptures is incredibly difficult and dangerous — the heavy ice blocks used must be carved accurately at the right temperature using a variety of techniques. Once carved, they are cut into manageable pieces ready to be reassembled upon delivery.
During storage time they are kept in an industrial freezer and double wrapped in bubble wrap, ensuring they arrive to you in top condition. We only have two ice sculptors who create all of our ice bars, so we highly recommend bookings come with plenty of notice to avoid disappointment.
Every ice bar is delivered and installed professionally for your event in advance, and supplied complete with draining trays. A dedicated booking manager is available via email and telephone throughout to make sure your ice bar design is perfect.

All packages are bespoke to your event location, guest numbers and drinks selection.

Ice bars are carved and assembled in advance by our ice sculptors then double wrapped in bubble wrap and transported in an industrial freezer. On site, the bar sections are reassembled, levelled and the draining trays positioned, which typically takes around 1 to 2 hours depending on size and venue access. We always deliver and install in advance of your event to ensure the bar is presentation-ready when guests arrive.
Yes. Our ice bars can be installed in marquees, garden venues and outdoor spaces. We require a reasonably level surface and ask that the bar is positioned out of direct sunlight where possible. The draining trays supplied catch melt-off throughout the event, so no special drainage infrastructure is needed.
As a guide, a 1 metre ice bar suits smaller receptions and feature service points, while a 2 metre ice bar works well for medium to larger guest lists. Larger ice bars are available on request, subject to availability and lead time. For cocktail service we recommend allowing one bartender per service point to keep drinks flowing efficiently during busy periods.
We strongly recommend booking ice bars as early as possible once your event date is confirmed. We only have two ice sculptors creating all of our ice bars, and peak dates including summer weekends and the Christmas party season can become fully booked well in advance — sometimes within just a few days.
