Services arrive 1 hour+ before the Starting Time to allow for preparation, depending on the event requirements.
Breakdown takes around 30 minutes - 1 hour, if taking away at the end of the event.

We offer competitive prices that are occasionally negotiable, providing they don't sacrifice the quality or reliability of our services. If you are on a smaller budget, we can discuss ways we can bring down the price mutually, that your happy with or for large budgets we can offer upgrades.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
STAFF HIRE, EQUIPMENT HIRE, LOGISTICS AND ADMINASTRATION -
These terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts for the provision of services to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

No variations of these terms and conditions are accepted by Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd unless agreed in advance in writing.

PRICES -
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless a deposit has been received within the set time frame stated on your invoice.

INVOICES & PAYMENTS -
• Once Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd has received confirmation of a booking, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.

• All deposits are £50 minimum taken from the full outstanding balance payable 3-5 working days after confirmation of an event unless there is insufficient time to receive a deposit in which case the full balance will be due in full. Failure to receive payment in full before the event date, may result in the event being cancelled, without a refund.

NOTE: Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd does not refund £50 deposits/admin charges, but we can transfer to a new date within sufficient notice.

• The invoice must be paid no later than 3-5 working days before the event unless agreed differently by your Events Manager; otherwise the services may be not delivered.

NOTE: Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd will only accept an engagement with cleared funds unless agreed differently by your Event Manager.

• All payments have to be made by (BACS) Bank Transfer, Online Card Payment or Cash.

• We can accept secure payments online via our payment system SUMUP or over the phone +44 797 280 3927, charges for credit card payments may apply.

NOTE: Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd will only accept cheques under special circumstances with sufficient time for the funds to clear; otherwise, the services may not go ahead

• You will receive a notification of full payments from us once outstanding payments have been received and accepted providing you have used the Invoice Number as a Payment Reference or booked online.
• Our Banking details for the department you have booked through will be clearly displayed at the bottom of invoice. Please ask for your invoice to be resent if you have misplaced it.

LATE PAYMENT -
• Those accounts not paid in full to the company before the due date will incur interest charges at the maximum prevailing rate currently allowed by the virtue of section 60 of the county courts act 1984 or other appropriate legislation. All outstanding payment due to Flirtina Event after 30 days will be passed to Solicitors where further action will be taken. In the event of expenses being incurred to retrieve the monies due, including interest, legal and court fees the debtor/client will be responsible for the payment of all such expenses and fees.

CANCELLATION -
• In the event of cancellations, 14 days’ notice is needed via email info@flirtinaevents.co.uk or telephone +44 797 280 39 27 before the event is due to avoid any extra fees being charged unless otherwise agreed with your events manager.
• £50 Deposits are non refundable but transferable to new dates if 14 days’ notice had been given.
• TEN’s (Temporary Event Notices) are non-refundable once in motion.
• Ice Sculptures or Wooden carvings are non-refundable items once booked.

RESTICTIONS -
• You must be over 18 years old to book Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd services and we hold no responsibility for any individual under 18 years of ages.
• The minimum charge for staff hire is for 3 hours service, for bar staff, 3 sets for entertainers and 1 day hire for equipment with travel both ways.
• If you have a booking with us via a contracted agent before coming to us direct, we will honour their original quotation.

LICENSING -
• Where a TEN (Temporary Event Notice) Alcohol License is required at an event, (Pay Bars) the client is responsible for obtaining the appropriate license for the Event and forwarding it to Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd, unless otherwise arranged with your Events Manager.

TRAVEL -
• Travel is charged for mobile bars, glassware and each member of staff you have hired. Only one way is charged per mile, when we issue a quote, we calculate the staff travel from the nearest major city that we have staff located in. If we need to allocate staff from further afield due to staff not being available from that major city on your chosen date or there being specific requirements regarding the staff, the staff travel charge will increase and be added to your balance payment.

ACCESS (Parking, Loading & Unloading) -
• Parking is required for all events and must be provided by the client as any vehicle parking fees, toll roads or congestion fees will also be charged to the client, for vehicle registration numbers and other vehicle details please contact your Event Manager.

• Suitable access for both unloading and loading cars up to long wheelbase vans must be provided as close to the event location as possible. Bars can NOT be carried up or down more than 5 stairs without prior notice; lifts must be available for use. Doorways’ need to be a minimum of 900mm. For outside events, suitable flooring or walkways should be provided to roll bars over or to ensure logistics vehicles do not get stranded in bad weather conditions. If you have any queries regarding your event location please contact your event manager.

• It is crucial access roads to all events can comfortably fit a high long wheel based van down them comfortably without causing damages, if transportation vehicles cannot reach your location due to height restriction, width restriction or unpaved roads at your access road, the full balance will still be charged if they are unable to reach you.

STAFF -
• Our Staff are all trained to ensure that they have the appropriate skills to deliver what services have been agreed for your event. Our staff are all individuals with their own style and are not directly representative of other Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd staff or promotional content found on www.fliritnaevents.co.uk or via other promotional and booking sites.

• All Flair Bartenders are of a working flair standard.

• All Flair Bartenders are to perform a minimum of 3 minutes flair routine throughout an event.

• All Staff are eligible to stop performing under dangerous & abusive circumstances or if performance times are not as agreed on the booking form.

EQUIPMENT -
• Our equipment is checked regularly to ensure it is good condition for events, the equipment we use is specific to each bartenders requirements with their own style and is not directly represented of other Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd equipment or promotional content.

• Any missing or damaged bar equipment is charged after an event if it is excessive or of a value over £5. You will be informed of any extra charges at the end of your event when possible or upon collecting equipment.

INSURANCES -
• Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd has full public liability, product liability & employer’s liability insurance. Copies of certificates are available upon request. For clients providing their own equipment (bar, glassware or bartending tools), stock and/or staffing, the insurance is not valid. We advise the client/venue to seek additional cover for any equipment, flooring, stock or staff not provided by Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd.

• Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd will not cover accidental damages to any personal items or surrounding eg. Electrical Items, Paintings, Structures, Flooring & Furniture during its service. Any damages concerning Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd must be reported at the end of a service to any staff on site and then reported to your Event Manager within 48 hours. All personal hazardous items should be 1.5 metres away from our services at the customer’s discretion.

ADDITIONAL -
• Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or cancellation of goods arising from contingencies beyond their control including but not limited to; traffic accidents, severe weather, illness, national crisis, and mechanical problems.

• In the event of an emergency or any problems occurring during an event, it is crucial that the client contacts Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd within 48 hours of the event date or the booking agent that processed the booking via Flirtina Events / Flirtina Bars Ltd, for us to take any necessary action.

• The above conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the company in part or in whole for one or more of its clients where the company has grounds deemed necessary.
