We operate nationwide, delivering premium mobile cocktail bar hire for weddings, corporate events and private parties.

We seek working flair bartenders who demonstrate the perfect balance of showmanship and professionalism. Applicants must be capable of performing basic working flair routines while consistently delivering well-balanced cocktails.
Exhibition-level flair bartenders should be confident performing advanced routines suitable for high-impact events and brand activations.
We are looking for knowledgeable cocktail bartenders who can confidently prepare the majority of classic cocktails to a high standard.
Applicants should:
Understand balance and flavour profiles
Be capable of developing their own cocktail repertoire
Adapt to client specifications
Learn new menus quickly
Work efficiently in fast-paced event environments
Flirtina Events offers competitive freelance rates:
General Bartenders: £18 per hour
Cocktail Mixologists: £25+ per hour
Working Flair Bartenders: £30+ per hour
Exhibition Flair Bartenders: Bespoke to Bartender
Rates may vary depending on event location, duration, responsibilities, budgets and dates.
Setup, breakdown, cleaning and excessive travel (over 2 hours each way) are paid at £15 per hour minimum.
Mileage is paid at £0.30 per mile each way, further tax relief is available via self assessments.
In certain cases, car parking, accommodation or public transport may be covered if agreed in advance with the event manager and supported by receipts.
Meals are not provided as standard.
However, clients may occasionally offer refreshments or snacks during events.
Many of our bartenders work freelance across the events industry while accepting bookings with Flirtina Events when available.
We support flexible freelance arrangements provided professionalism and reliability are maintained.
