Neon Bar Hire For Your Private Party or Corporate Event

Neon Bar Hire also referred to as (Mobile Neon Bars) are visually stunning and cater for large events with ease and will light up the room aswel as the party mood.

All of our pop up bars have optional LED lights installed on them aswel, The full neon effects can only been seen on our neon bars at night, when we can also add extra special effects on either side of the bar screen.

Neon cocktail bars are terrific for house parties, corporate functions, military events, late night disco’s, festivals, wedding reception, outdoor party, home bar, hen night and well pretty much every occasion to pick up a drink or three.

For the full package experience hire a neon bar for an event with one of our flair bartenders or cocktail mixologist to shake up your favourite cocktails or create something new and different to get the party started.

Neon illuminate bars are quite versatile, they can be used to create elegant bar setups or be set to flash for a nightclub neon bar effect.

Creates a curved corner bar, Perfect for a small to medium sized drink receptions, 50-150 guests

  • 4 Curved Bar Sections (8 metre curved)

Creates a semi circular bar, 200 guests

  • 7 Curved Bar Sections (14 metre curved)

Creates a full circular bar , 300-400 guests

 

What Do You Get When You Book A Neon Cocktail Bar with Flirtina Events?

  • Event Admin Manager available via email and telephone to make sure bar equipment arrives in advance.
  • Shopping List for buying ingredients. (If booked with bar staff)
  • Cocktail Menu for your event. (If booked with bar staff)
  • Event Details Sheet for your event date (If booked with bar staff)
  • 1 x Spirit Rail, 1 x Straw Holder, 1 x Ice Store (Per bar section)
  • Professional Mobile Bar to entertain guests

All of our Neon Bars can be sign printed with any logo or graphics for events upon request and notice. (Extra cost)

 

What Size Bar Do You Require?

We recommend hiring a 1.5 metre mobile bar section per 40/50 guests visiting the bar or a 1.5 metre cocktail bar section per cocktail mixologist, especially if you are hiring a flair bartender.

 

Neon Bar Hire Packages

There are 4 main options to choose from when hiring Flirtina Events

Option 1 – (Dry Hire) Customer Supplies Ingredients

We send a shopping list for your chosen drinks and you pay for the hire of individual bartending services only.

Option 2 – (Wet Hire) Pre Paid Drinks 

You pay for a set amount of drinks to be supplied by us, bartender hire, mobile bar hire and glassware hire included if required.

Extra drinks can be added & charged on the event day, upon request.

Option 3 – (Wet Hire) Unlimited Drinks

You a pay a price per person drinking for your selected cocktails/mocktails or general drinks to be unlimited over a set time period. Bar equipment & bar staff Included.

Option 4 – (Wet Hire) Cash Bar/Licenced

All our bartending services are included for free, except the £40 licence application fee. A negotiable minumum spend must be met of £1000+ Est, otherwise the difference is charged. Any pre purchased drinks decrease or can remove the minumum spend completely.

 

* All booking deposits are £30 transferable to new dates or locations.

* All packages are negotiable without effecting the quality and reliability.

* It is possible to ask for a mixture of the above options, just ask, we will be happy to help!
